Québec Research Fund (Fonds de recherche du Québec FRQ)

Objectives

With the main objective of promoting and strengthening partnerships between university and college research institutions, the Fonds de recherche du Québec, through Espace Aéro, mobilizes stakeholders across the ecosystem by reinforcing structuring research partnerships that address the major strategic priorities of the aerospace sector.

The Public-Private Partnership Research Chair Program — Espace Aéro Innovation Zone (C3P-AÉRO), administered by the Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ), is offered in partnership with the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie (MEIE).

Each application must have received support from the Espace Aéro Innovation Zone, formalized through a letter confirming the relevance of the chair’s research program with respect to the priority areas, namely decarbonization and/or autonomy.

Espace Aéro is proud to contribute to aerospace innovation by collaborating with key organizations such as the FRQ.
